Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the enrolment for a particular course is under-scribed, it may be cancelled. CARIMAC/UWI cannot be held responsible for hotel deposits, non-refundable airline tickets or any other expenses incurred by the student due to cancellation of a course.  Full refunds are automatically granted when a course is cancelled, unless a student requests enrolment in an alternate course.

If you have paid your course/workshop fee and are unable to start a course, you should request a refund of the fee. Refunds will be paid at least four weeks after receipt of your written request.

CARIMAC will refund all or part of your fee on the following basis:

•    If you cancel your place at least seven days prior to start date you will be refunded in full.

•    If you cancel seven days to 48 hours prior to the start date you will be refunded in full less a 20% administration fee.

•    If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to start date or after the start of the course no refund is payable.
