Course Producing Content for Social Media (Advanced)
Given social media’s unique position and high usage, content for social media has developed its own process, flow and KPIs which are quite different from those for traditional marketing. Producing Content for Social Media gives students a more detailed understanding of the development of the various types of content for social media and the process of placing and optimizing this content, in order to achieve overall KPIs and business goals. Students exposed to this course will bring the practical knowledge they gain throughout the course to the organization, and will be able to guide social content development aimed at greater penetration and conversions among target segments.

This course gives students a basic understanding of the importance of each social media channel, the development of the various types of content for social media and the process of placing and optimizing this content. Course Public Speaking
This course seeks to equip participants with knowledge and skills that can be useful in areas of communication that require speaking publicly to an audience. Its major premise is that a speech, or public address, is a moment of significance in an ongoing discourse. Although it allows the speaker an uninterrupted period of information transfer, it is the result of dialogue, should promote interaction and result in joint action. It is therefore a means of communication and an interactive transference of meaning between individuals. The course promotes the concept that public speaking has a special role in advocacy as a means of garnering support by sharing information that will make audiences think, feel and do.
Course Radio Production
Course activities include workshops intended to introduce participants to modern radio production equipment and techniques. The course will deal with the use of analog and digital radio consoles. This will include correct use of tape recorders and microphones; editing techniques; the production of recorded and live programmes, news and discussion programmes; commercials; music programmes and the application of sound effects.
Course Shooting and Editing for Video (Advanced)
Already in the world of videography? Learn advanced shooting and editing by making a finished video in five days. This hands-on course will teach you advance shooting and editing techniques used in movies, documentaries, commercials P.S.A.s and music videos. The course covers the advanced use of cameras, lighting, location, sound recording and picture editing in a digital format. Participants will also get the opportunity to use the Adobe Premier Pro (VERSION CS4) digital editing system. At the end of the course participants will demonstrate effective use of the techniques in planning and producing advanced video projects.

While the majority of its users are consumers of content there is a growing need for persons with the requisite skills to produce and manage this content.
