Dane Lewis

Dane Lewis has studied Recording Engineering and Production at the Institute of Audio Research in New York. His formal training and practical experience as a sound engineer have taken him through major theatrical productions and concerts. Lewis has been involved in the production of Radio Programmes since 1994.

Courses Taught

Radio Production

Course activities include workshops intended to introduce participants to modern radio production equipment and techniques. The course will deal with the use of analog and digital radio consoles. This will include correct use of tape recorders and microphones; editing techniques; the production of recorded and live programmes, news and discussion programmes; commercials; music programmes and the application of sound effects.
